To continue this approach, Soeur has partnered with Tilli, a digital and physical alteration and repair service, to help you give your accessories and clothes a second life. Thanks to the expertise of skilled artisans, you can alter and repair your Soeur pieces.
This service has been available since June 2023 in our boutiques, and you can now access it online.*

HOW TO USE THE SERVICE ?
Alterations up to €12* (the price of a standard hem) are free on all purchases less than one year old
(with proof of purchase and excluding discounted products).

You need to schedule an appointment with a craftsman.
The appointment will take place at your home or workplace (available 7 days a week, from 7 AM to 10 PM).
A professional tailor will take your measurements, advise you, and deliver your altered and adjusted piece within 7 to 10 days. A price estimate will be provided at the time of the appointment and confirmed by your tailor with a quote.

IN STORE
Bring your piece directly to the store*, where the measurements for simple alterations or repair instructions will be taken on-site, and your item will be sent for repair or alterations immediately after.
